Food Sensitivities
Owner Alicia has lots of food sensitivities that keep our kitchen crew on their toes. This section is here to make it a bit easier when ordering with food sensitivities. If you have any special needs, let our staff know, and we will do our best to make your meal right for you!
Gluten Free
We are home to many Gluten Free Products! And they actually Taste GOOD! Here is some highlighted items and where to find them in our menu.
Pizza's
Our Gluten Free Crust is stored, and cooked in its own pan. All of our Pizzas can be created on our Gluten Free Crust. It is served at the Medium Ultra Thin Crust Pricing for all selections. This crust is a little thicker than our ultra thin crust, but when I'm hungry, I can eat the entire pizza myself.
Chicken
Our Bone In Chicken Wings do not have a breading. They are also cooked in a separate frier cooked in Beef Tallow.
We also have Gluten Free Chicken Strips! Cooked the same way. These are also Dairy Free. So Awesome!
Dips & Dressings
All salads are made to order. Please ask for no croutons for Gluten Free. Gluten Free Salad Dressings also available and all served on the side.
Hot Dog Basket
While our Hot Dogs are Gluten Free, our buns are not. Make sure to request the basket without the bun, or a GF sub bun may be available.
Sandwich &Tater Tots
Our Sub Sandwiches can be made with Awesome Gluten Free, Dairy Free bread! They come with a side of potato chips, side of the day, or upgrade to a salad or Tater Tots. Tots are also cooked in Beef Tallow and can be prepared in a separate frier. You can upgrade to include Cheese & Bacon for a Loaded tater tot basket too.
Wraps
Any of our wraps can be made with a Gluten Free tortilla
Dairy Free, Egg Free, & Keto Friendly
Daiya Cheese
We are excited to offer Daiya Cheese! This is a dairy free, gluten free, soy free Mozzarella Style Shred. Make sure to request this substitution on anything that already has cheese on it.
Salads & Wraps
Turn your salad into Dairy Free! Just swap out the cheeses for Daiya cheese, and whala!
Our Dairy Free Salad Dressings are: Italian, French, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Oil & Vinegar
Baskets
Bone In Chicken Wings are Dairy Free, as well as our Hot Dog Basket (served without a bun) and our Tater Tot Baskets are Dairy Free (served without the cheese).
Sub Sandwiches can also be Dairy Free when ordered with a Gluten Free bun and Dairy Free cheese.
Our Dairy Free Dips are: BBQ, Buffalo, & Sriracha
Pizza Sauces...
Our marinara, pizza sauces, and boursin blend sauces all contain milk products. We do have a Dairy Free Red Sauce when requested.

Sides
Our Chips are Lays, or Ruffle Potato Chips. Our Side of the Day (SOD) changes and should always be used with caution with allergies. Tater Tots & Side Salads can be upgraded to any side. Our Tater Tots are Dairy Free as well.
Rice
Our Jasmine Rice is Vegan & Dairy Free too!
KETO Friendly
Some have enjoyed to make a pizza bowl. It is a pizza without the crust served in a bowl. It reduces the sugar and carbohydrates. Chicken wings, salads, and wraps are also great ideas.
Egg Free
Our thin crust pizza crust is egg free. As well as our chicken wings, salads & rice bowls. More options can be researched as well upon arrival.
